We are implementing established operational contingency plans to ensure quality service and access for our members while protecting the health of our employees and communities.

BRANCHES – Drive-Thru Lanes Open

Our Main Office in Fairfield, West Hamilton and Fairfield Township branches offer services through the Drive-Thru only. For matters that require you visit us, such as access to Safe Deposit Boxes, appointments can be made for our Fairfield Office by calling (513) 942-4422. Drive-thru transactions will be adapted and/or expanded so that we can meet members' needs at these locations. Expanded services at the drive-thru may result in a longer wait, so please be patient. Our West Chester branch will be closed so that we can reallocate resources to serve you better.

  • WHAT ABOUT LOANS?
    We continue to do loans for members by phone and online. Loan closing documents can be signed electronically or, if necessary, in person.
  • HOW DO I MAKE A DEPOSIT?
    You can visit our Drive-Thru at our Fairfield, West Hamilton or Fairfield Township locations during normal business hours, deposit at an ATM or use our Night Drop Box at any AurGroup location.
  • HOW DO I GET MONEY?
    You can visit our Drive-Thru at our Fairfield, West Hamilton or Fairfield Township locations during normal business hours or use one of 30,000 surcharge free ATMs nationwide. Click here to find one near you.
  • CASH LIMITS ON WITHDRAWALS

    AurGroup members DO NOT have a cash withdrawal limit; however, any cash request above $5,000 requires advance notice. We like to have notice of this any time, not just now.

    Shared Branching guests are limited to $1,000.

    There is no need to withdrawal large amounts of cash – in fact, we advise against it. Please only carry what you would normally need. Utilize ATMs and your debit card. If you don’t currently have a card, please call us.

  • WHAT IF I NEED TO SEE SOMEONE IN PERSON?
    If your needs can’t be done by phone or electronically or if you need access to your Safe Deposit Box, you can schedule an appointment at our Fairfield Office during normal business hours.

  • IS MY MONEY SAFE?

    Absolutely! While the stock market and economy are unsteady, financial institutions are as strong as ever. There’s no need to take out large amounts of money nor is it safe to do so. Please only carry what you would normally need. Utilize ATMs and your debit card. If you don’t currently have a card, please call us.

    For your peace of mind, remember each member account is insured up to $250,000.

  • LOOKOUT FOR CYBER CRIME

    As the Coronavirus (COVID-19) epidemic continues to escalate, cyber criminals are taking advantage of opportunities to steal personal and financial information while people are frightened and most vulnerable. Many of these instances are new versions of common phishing and malware scams, where fraudsters may send legitimate-looking emails with malicious attachments or links to fraudulent websites to trick victims into revealing sensitive information or donating to fraudulent charities or causes. Fraudsters may use phone calls (vishing) and texts (smishing) to try to trick you as well.

    How to stay protected:   

    • Be on the lookout for phishing emails that at first glance appear to come from a trusted source.
    • Never click on unknown attachments, links or provide personal identifiable information via an unsecure website.
    • Be wary of offers for Coronavirus testing kits, vaccines or other items that are in short supply.
    • Not all advertisements are created equal. Social media companies, such as Facebook, are cracking down on ads spreading coronavirus rumors, however, some false ads may make it through their filters. It's best to find information on the disease from official sources like the U.S. Center for Disease Control or the World Health Organization.

    AurGroup Financial Credit Union will under never contact you by phone, text or email asking you to verify personal, account or card information. Unless you have contacted us directly by phone or within online banking, do not give out any personal, account or card information.

  • WHAT ABOUT AURGROUP EMPLOYEES
    We are currently sharing health and wellness/prevention tips from the Center for Disease Control, with our employees. We continue to maintain clean work spaces for employees and have a significant number of employees working remotely. Employees are asked to take their temperature prior to arriving at work or we will take it for them. Paid sick leave is provided to all employees.
