Online Banking Enrollment

  • Log on to from a laptop or desktop.
  • On the top-right, click on the blue, “Login” button or click here.
  • From the left menu, choose “Enroll Online”
  • Scroll to the bottom of the page and “Agree” to the Terms & Conditions.

Page 1 of 3:

Enter in your personal information:
  • “Required” areas are marked with a red asterisk (*) on the left of the field.
  • Pay close attention not to have any typos or transposed numbers.
  • You will be asked for a Home and Cell number. If you only have one number, please enter it in both places.
  • You will need at least one of your actual account or loan account numbers to enter in the “Account Number” field. This number is different than your Member Number.
  • “Place of Birth” is for the City, State of your birth.

Page 2 of 3:

Enter the Login credentials that you prefer & your email address:
  • Be sure to use the same email address you provided when opening your account.
  • Sign-On ID is not case-sensitive, but the password field is.
  • Sign-On ID can be either be your Member Number or you can create a personalized one.

Additional Services: If you use Microsoft Money software, check this box & click “Continue”.

Enrollment Confirmation:

Verify and “Confirm” your information to submit your request.

Error Message?

If you receive the following error message, you may have entered something incorrectly or information may be different than what we have in our system:
The information you entered cannot be verified with the information we have on record. Please call 513-942-4422 for more information.
If you received this message, you can either call us or we will contact you by email within 24 hours or the next business day. 

eStatement Enrollment

After successful enrollment in Online Banking, login to your account using a laptop/desktop, using your ID & Password. 

  • From the left menu, click “Statements”.
  • Scroll to the bottom of the page and “Agree” to the Terms & Conditions.
  • This will open the eStatement page and you will see a picture of one of our locations. 

On the left menu, hover over ‘eStatements’ and click on the slide-out “View Statements”.

  • Your most recent statement will preview first.
  • Statements are available up to 18 months from the current month.

Once completed with eStatements, click “Log out” from the top-right of the page to return to your Online Banking session.

Security Questions

Later, you will be asked to select 5 security questions and answers. This is another security layer for your protection. Please make a note of the right answer to your questions for future security verification.

Keep all passwords and security information in a safe place. AurGroup will NEVER call you and ask you to verify personal or account information.
