Welcome Home Grant Money

  • Funds are available for reservation beginning February 6, 2023.
  • Reservation of funds are property AND borrower specific.
  • Reservation requests must have a fully executed Contract to Purchase.
  • Funds can be used ONLY for a down payment and/or closing costs.
  • Buyers must contribute a minimum of $500 to the transaction (ex: home inspection).
  • Funds can be used with any loan program AurGroup currently offers.
  • Programs include Conventional, FHA/VA, USDA, and 95% LTV NO PMI.
    Property must be owner-occupied/ buyers do not have to be first-time homebuyers/ loans with co-signors are excluded.
  • Income Restrictions apply.
