Early Pay
AurGroup is here to help you get ahead. That’s why we’re offering Early Pay for everyone. For free. When you have a Direct Deposit set up with us, we’ll deposit your money up to 2 days early. Best of all, you don’t have to sign-up for this new service. We’ll do it for you automatically.
Any Direct Deposit (ACH) payments such as payroll, social security, pension, military payments, tax returns, and government benefits are included.
It depends on when AurGroup receives the payment details. You might get your direct deposit 2 days earlier, 1 day earlier, or on your regularly scheduled payday. Here are some reasons why you might not receive your deposit early:
- It’s a new direct deposit (i.e., you just signed up recently for direct deposit)
- Your deposit type is not eligible, such as a bank-to-bank transfer
- Your deposit amount exceeds the limit for Early Pay
- There’s a payroll system issue or delay from your payer
Early access to direct deposit funds depends on the timing of when AurGroup receives the payment file from your payer/employer. We generally make funds available on the day the payment file is received, which may be up to 2 days earlier than the scheduled payment date. But, if we don’t receive it early, we can’t post it early. Unfortunately, we (nor you) can control the timing. Contacting AurGroup or your payer (employer, for example) won’t change it.
Nope. Your loan payments or scheduled transfers will occur when they are scheduled. Because we can’t control the timing of when your direct deposit arrives, it’s best to not change your loan due date or scheduled transfers. That means while you’re excited about getting paid early, you’ll need to leave funds in your account to cover your loan payment(s) or other scheduled transfers. And please don’t manually make your loan payment or transfer early because the scheduled transaction will still happen on the “normal” date.
Nope. We want to make your life easier, not harder. AurGroup’s Early Pay service is free.
