Rest assured—AurGroup is handling the situation thoughtfully and fairly, while keeping your money safe and sound, right down to the penny.
For Our Business Members: Members who have business accounts with AurGroup may request pennies, if available. We’re doing our best to support business needs while managing limited supply responsibly.
For Personal (Non-Business) Accounts: At this time, we’re unable to provide rolls of pennies or fulfill penny-specific requests for non-business accounts. This helps ensure we can best serve essential needs across our membership.
What about your “two cents” or penny amounts? If a transaction includes pennies, we will always credit the full amount to your account. If you’re receiving coins back, we may only return silver coins (no pennies). Here’s an example: If you cash a check for $20.27, we’ll deposit the full $20.27 into your account and provide $20.25 back to you. Those remaining two pennies? They’ll stay safely in your account.

Bring in your loose change, and we’ll help you turn it into funds deposited directly into your account. It’s a simple, no-cost way to clear out the coin jar while helping keep change - including pennies - circulating in our community.
